We are happy to offer extra service for your workation and seminar stay.
Whether you want 12 rooms for up to 26 people or only want to rent some of the property, our professional rent offers give you extra service and help with arranging the rooms for the activities you want to focus on.
SEMINAR PRICING
Entire property, 12 - 24 persons in 12 double rooms.
When you rent the whole property we will give you an excell file to calculate the cost.
There is always a fee of 1000€ for the people serving you, while you are at our property.
We calculate the price for your stay based on how many people are coming, even though you will have access to the whole property.
The prices are:
Double room with 1 person: 170€ per night
Double room with 2 people: 270€ per night
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Additional service per person, per day:
2 x coffee break with snack; 40,- euro
Lunch, buffet including a warm dish; 30,- euro
Dinner, to share, served at tables; 35,- euro
Beverages beyond water are not included.
Fixed cleaning fee for the whole property is 500,- euro. Not included.
Rent of the full property includes; 12 double rooms with private bathrooms, large living, dining and conference space, 1 large kitchen, 1 coffee kitchen, 1 big meeting room, 1 workspace / meeting room, 1 small meeting / work lounge. Outdoor; 1 pergola, 2 open terraces, 1 covered terrace, private tennis court, pool and the entire garden.
We are happy to help you arrange the rooms anyway you want.
We have experience with group development settings, creative sessions taking place both inside and outside as well as more traditional seminar settings.
WORKATION
Restaurant/lounge space and guest hose, up to 5 persons in double rooms.

PRIVATE CHEF
We will be happy to connect you to one of the private chefs we work with if you want a full serviced stay.

We have fast wifi working seamlessly with local masts. All buildings are equipped with individual networks and routers.

La Cassera is situated in a small bowl in 430 meter altitude where a car or two a day or a couple of hikers occasionally are seen crossing the hills.
Rarely the neighbouring mini farms are using light mechanical equipment on the slopes, but usually the only sounds are coming from the lively singing of birds and an occasional roar from a lonely deer.
