“We, 5 adults, 2 children aged 10 and 13, were super happy with our stay. The tennis court was one of the reasons, but the fantastic kitchen and the adjoining dining/living room were also hugely popular. Thanks to Mikal, we got some incredibly good restaurant tips, as we had a birthday to celebrate in the company🙏🏻We would highly recommend this little "gem".”

“La cassera is definitely worth a visit. It is a luxury stay in beautiful surroundings, beautiful plants and beds, high aesthetic design in all indoor and outdoor spaces, large well-equipped kitchen, super tennis court. EVERYTHING plays. But especially the host, who was incredibly helpful and took such good care of us.”

“We stayed here with family and friends and had an amazing time. Mikal and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The bedrooms are located in a separate area between the pool and the living space with kitchen, all beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is both simpel and practical.

The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves cooking, and the tennis court is fantastic. We even played a match with Mikal, who kindly shared tips and provided rackets and balls.

The surroundings are perfect for hiking, visiting charming towns and enjoying wine tastings. The coast is just over an hour away and offers plenty of great beaches for a day trip.

The views are stunning, the setting peaceful, and the (small but lovely) pool perfect for cooling off. Highly recommended. We would love to return!.”

“We were a mixed group of adults and children who spent a week at La Cassera. The house is peacefully located in the green Piedmontese hills, where the tranquility and warm light immediately make our shoulders sink. The delicious pool provided cooling in the Italian sun, and the professional tennis court, the place's unique trump card, gave us the opportunity to get our pulse up. The former restaurant with art on the walls and an alluring view of the valley became our natural gathering point. Here we made fresh pasta in a well-equipped kitchen and tasted our way through local wines. We picked sun-ripened peaches and played chess at the long table, while the evening sun slipped behind the hills. The hosts were generous with their knowledge and guided us to the best the area has to offer, including a beach with a genuine local atmosphere and zero tourists, as well as market day in Acqui Terme, which has everything you need to fill your kitchen with bliss. La Cassera has something for everyone. Space for play, peace and company. We went home with a growing longing for more.”

“Mikal's house is beautiful, we've been welcomed right after we came, after all instructions and reccomandations we were free to enjoy the pool, the awesome kitchen, the breathtaking view and playing tennis.

Mikal is a friendly and careful host, we've had barbecue after he helped us finding all the necessary and settle up all the tables outside.

We're grateful we found out such a perfect place to have a nice weekend overall.”

“Amazing stay in the most beautiful surroundings. This small agriturismo is placed on a hillside in Piemonte with amazing views, both rooms and restaurant has undisturbed views of the hills and the sunset here is spectacular. The rooms are simple but very nicely decorated with simple beautiful furniture and they are absolutely spotless clean. Mikael offers sublime food and wine from the local area and is a great host with great knowledge of the area and what it has to offer, especially local food / restaurants and wine. The private tennis court is an amazing way to burn off some of the calories you will consume here, and you can get private lessons from their coach. We stayed 3 nights and could have spend many more, we are definitely coming back and we look forward to hanging out at the terrasse in front of the rooms with a cold glass of local wine with company off the estate dog Vito whom we fell in love with.”
