There is nothing like playing tennis in nature. La Cassera has its own tennis court built in 2022. The tennis court is an open air hard court and can be used from April till November.Â

La Cassera as off-site venue
We´re adding the possibility of including restored main house when you book La Cassera.
With a total 12 double rooms, all with own bathroom, 2 kitchens and new meeting facilities, a living room, tai chi and training plateau, La Cassera can now facilitate seminars, tennis camps, gastronomy weekends and much more for up to 24 people.
Having added also Master Chef Davide Lanfranco and his team to our offering gives you the chance to arrange fully serviced events in the undisturbed surroundings in the hills of southern Piedmont.

We stayed here with family and friends and had an amazing time. Mikal and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home.
The bedrooms are located in a separate area between the pool and the living space with kitchen, all beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is both simpel and practical.
The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves cooking, and the tennis court is fantastic. We even played a match with Mikal, who kindly shared tips and provided rackets and balls.
The surroundings are perfect for hiking, visiting charming towns and enjoying wine tastings. The coast is just over an hour away and offers plenty of great beaches for a day trip.
The views are stunning, the setting peaceful, and the (small but lovely) pool perfect for cooling off. Highly recommended. We would love to return!

Mikal's house is beautiful, we've been welcomed right after we came, after all instructions and reccomandations we were free to enjoy the pool, the awesome kitchen, the breathtaking view and playing tennis.
Mikal is a friendly and careful host, we've had barbecue after he helped us finding all the necessary and settle up all the tables outside.
We're grateful we found out such a perfect place to have a nice weekend overall.

We were a mixed group of young and old, who spent a week at La Cassera. The house is peacefully located in the green Piedmont hills, where the calm and warm light immediately makes your shoulders relax. The delicious pool cooled us down in the Italian sun, and the professional tennis court, which is the place's unique trump card, allowed us to get our heart rate up. The former restaurant with art on the walls and a breathtaking view of the valley became our natural meeting point. Here we made fresh pasta in a well-equipped kitchen and tasted our way through local wines. We picked sun-ripened peaches and played chess at the long table as the evening sun slipped down behind the hills. The hosts were generous with knowledge and guided us to the best the area has to offer, including a beach with a real local atmosphere and zero tourists, as well as a market day in Acqui Terme, which has everything you need to fill the kitchen with happiness. La Cassera has something for everyone. Space for play, peace and presence. We went home with a budding longing for more

La Cassera is definitely worth a visit. This is a luxury stay in beautiful surroundings, beautiful plants and nature, high aesthetic design in all indoor and outdoor spaces, large well-equipped kitchen, super tennis court. Everything is great. But especially the host, who was incredibly helpful and took such good care of us.

Mikal's place was super nice and we really enjoyed it. The tennis court was great and Mikal organized a great coach for us. The location is very nice and quiet and the interior is super designed.

When we took over the responsibility for La Cassera in 2021 we decided to develop the property to support the wellbeing of both our guests, the natural habitants of the area and biodiversity.
We did this on the basis of a very thorough renovation and landscape design done by the previous owners.
