Terms and Conditions for Booking a Stay at La Cassera

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable, but no further charges apply.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is charged.

• We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes in your plans.

2. Changes to Booking

• We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your booking (e.g. dates, number of guests), subject to availability.

• Changes must be requested in writing at least 14 days before arrival.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement.

4. House Rules

• La Cassera is a smoke-free property indoors.

• No pets allowed unless agreed upon in advance.

• Guests are expected to respect the property, facilities, and local environment.

5. Liability

• La Cassera is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
